We are now able to offer to you the ability to pay your water bill by credit / debit card as well as ACH payments through your checking account.

Our service provider is SOFTtelPAY with the following convenience fees:

$0 - $30.00 $1.95

$30.00 - $60.00 $2.95

$60.01 - $90.00 $3.95

$90.01 - $120.00 $4.95

$120.01 - $150.00 $5.95

$150.01 - $180.00 $6.95

$180.01 - $210.00 $7.95

$210.01 and above 4% of payment amount

The corresponding convenience fee will be shown on the screen before you click “MAKE PAYMENT”

When you sign up for the online billing program, you will receive a monthly email notification when your bill is ready for viewing. You can then go online at www.mtnlakes.viewmybill.net at anytime and pay your bill. Please be sure to allow at least 2 business days processing time before the due date to avoid late fees.
